Road trippin'...

For our ninth anniversary, Mike and I decided to send the boys to Grandma and Grandpa's house, rent a tiny, fuel efficient car and hit the road for an all out ROAD TRIP!!  We missed the kids for about the first three miles, then quickly got over it!

Northern Wisconsin in the fall is spectacular...

with hundreds of small town fall festivals...

marvelous sunsets...

 and sleeping under the moon and stars. (Well, the intention of sleeping under the moon and stars.  It ended up being 39 degrees so we opted for sleeping in the car instead.  Good thing too, because the windows were frosted over in the morning!)...
