Hand dyed T-Shirts for Charity

Recently, I was gifted a box of brand new super soft white baby t's from a generous stranger who found me on Facebook. She was planning on sending them to Haiti, but read a post I wrote about wanting to upcycle some clothing for charity and asked if she could send them to me!

Some of the t's are made from ORGANIC, fair trade COTTON, and some are from big box stores. Fortunately, I was given the opportunity to pay it forward and repurpose them into unique, one~of~a~kind works of wearable art!

Did you know that 1 in 6 Americans go hungry every day. Take a good look around your neighborhood, because hunger doesn't only affect people in poverty. Over 50% of the families using local food shelves are full time working families who just can't make ends meet.

Because hunger know no season, for every t'shirt purchase I will donate 100% of the profits to our local Five Loaves Food & Clothing Center. Area schools will be out soon and hundreds of children using the free lunch program will go without through the summer months.

Pay it forward for a random act of kindness you've received and help fill their shelves with healthy food.
